Agile, like many businesses across the UK and the rest of the world, is directly affected by the wellbeing and economic impacts of Covid-19.
Our first priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and others we work with.
Our second priority is to protect the economic viability of our company and act in its interests to:
- provide our team with secure employment and income
- supply clients with much-needed products and services
Our purpose is to continue to deliver affordable homes to those in housing need.
Agile is operating what we term “distributed” working practices. This means that the whole team is working from home and using IT to best effect to deliver projects and maintain team communication. This has resulted in positive environmental benefits such as reduced emissions as we travel less and it strengthens our company values to develop processes that have people and planet at the centre.
Our weekly meeting schedule is designed to provide social contact and support team communication.
Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies are informed by HSE Guidance and regulation and regularly reviewed with our HR Consultants.
We are implementing a policy on Mental Health First Aiders to complement our First Aid and Well Being support.
We operate Covid-secure practices in delivering projects on site.
We provide clients with the tools to experience our products online, to maintain service quality while minimising face to face interaction.
Our marketing events are very important to us to ensure we stay connected with friends, colleagues and partners of the Agile Community, to share our knowledge and support government and social initiatives as widely as possible – we are now delivering these live virtually and via social media.
As a learning organisation, we are always open to ideas to improve our safety and quality standards. Contact us at enquiries@agile.property if you’d like to know more or to make a suggestion.
We hope you stay safe and happy. Spring is coming…
